Molecular sieve deacidifying gas

Solid desulfurizer (SDA) desulfurization technology
SDA technology is a batch gas desulfurization technology, mainly Sulfatreat, sponge iron, Chemsweet, Sulfa-check and so on. Sulfatreat is a batch method for selective removal of hydrogen sulfide and mercaptan from natural gas, carbon dioxide and air. Sulfatreat is a dry flowing material with uniform porosity and permeability. It is composed of 30% single iron compound, 30% montmorillonite and 30% water. It is black and grainy. The Sulfatreat unit should be installed directly downstream of the gas/liquid separator and upstream of the dehydration process unit, with the gas temperature preferably between 2150 ° C and containing saturated water vapor. Sulfatreat is not sensitive to pressure and is not affected by any other component of the gas, and the Sulfatreat process method completely selectively removes hydrogen sulfide and produces no exhaust gas.
Carbonic propylene ester method
Using propylene carbonate to absorb acidic gases such as carbon dioxide is a typical physical process. The process is simple, the number of equipment is small, the energy consumption is small, and the purification cost is low. This method uses propylene carbonate to absorb the load and the partial pressure of carbon dioxide in a linear relationship at a certain temperature, improve the total pressure of the system, in the case of constant carbon dioxide content to increase the partial pressure of carbon dioxide, to achieve the purpose of purifying carbon dioxide. For solvents that dissolve acidic gases such as carbon dioxide, the acid gases such as carbon dioxide are released from the solvent by reducing pressure to normal or negative pressure, so as to achieve the purpose of solvent regeneration and recovery of carbon dioxide acidic gas.
Because the chemical properties of propylene carbonate solvent are stable, less degradation, no corrosion to carbon steel, non-toxic to the human body, the regeneration process does not require external heat, low energy consumption, therefore, especially suitable for processing oil field gas with high carbon dioxide content.
