Working principle of natural gas dryer

The natural gas dryer uses the principle of variable temperature adsorption to adsorb (work) under normal temperature and high partial pressure of water vapor; Analysis (regeneration) at higher temperature and lower partial pressure of water vapor. That is, the water absorbed by the adsorbent in the adsorption process can be completely removed in the regeneration process by the action of the thermal diffusion mechanism of high-quality re-gas (dry air heating). Heaters are generally electric heaters, and compressor waste heat or steam can also be used.
The whole device is composed of two parallel drying towers, heater, circulating fan, cooler and filter. In addition to the manual operation of the drying tower and the regeneration tower, all other actions are carried out automatically by the device, and can also be designed to be all automatic.
