LNG Gas Dispenser

LNG dispenser is a device used to convert liquefied natural gas into gaseous natural gas. First, LNG is drawn from a storage tank and then heated to turn it into a gas. Next, the gas is converted from a high-pressure liquid state to a relatively lower-pressure gaseous state through appropriate pressure reduction steps.
LNG dispensers usually include liquefied natural gas pumps, heating systems, pressure reducing valves and control systems. These components work together to ensure that LNG is converted into CNG safely and efficiently.

The fueling process of an LNG Gas Dispenser is as follows:

1.After starting the fueling system, liquid hydrocarbons in the liquid LNG are sent into the LNG gas dispenser through pipelines.

2.The liquefied gas storage tank extracts liquid LNG from the storage tank.

3.The liquid control system injects LNG into the refrigeration system, using the residual heat from the combustion engine to evaporate the LNG into CNG.

4.The built-in refrigeration system recovers the residual heat and regenerates the gas cooled by liquid nitrogen back into heat energy to ensure the operation of the refrigeration system.

5.The liquefied natural gas raw fuel, after being processed by the pretreatment system, flows through the combustion engine, igniting and generating power to start the compressor.

6.The compressor sends high-pressure CNG into the gas storage tank through pipelines.

7.The fueling nozzle extracts high-pressure CNG from the storage tank and injects CNG into the vehicle's gas fuel tank through the fueling nozzle.

The above is the fueling process of the LNG gas dispenser. In summary, LNG goes through the storage tank, liquid control system, refrigeration system, pretreatment system, combustion engine, compressor, gas storage tank, and finally to the fueling nozzle, converting LNG into CNG in the process.
