The Hydrogen refueling machine is a gas filling equipment used for metering and settlement in hydrogen refueling stations. It integrates a flow control unit, pressure control unit, metering unit, and automatic control unit. Its primary functions include controlling the hydrogen refueling pressure, flow, and temperature, as well as managing the first-stage refueling process. It mainly includes high-pressure pipelines, valves, hydrogenation guns, measurement, pricing display and other systems.

- The hydrogenation process sequence control, gas filling, metering, etc., of the three-line air intake model are all automatically controlled by the hydrogen refueling machine, eliminating interruptions in gas filling caused by communication failures in the station control PLC system.

1. Hydrogen Entry into the Dispenser: Hydrogen enters the dispenser through the intake pipeline from the gas source interface, marking the start of the entire process.
2. Filtration and Metering: The hydrogen then passes through a gas filter and a mass flow meter to ensure its purity and accurate measurement.
3. Regulation and Heat Exchange: The hydrogen undergoes further regulation and preheating (optional) via a flow regulation device and a heat exchanger, enhancing its efficiency.
4. Filling the Hydrogen Storage Cylinder: After the above treatments, the hydrogen is finally filled into the hydrogen storage cylinder through the hydrogen hose and dispenser nozzle, completing the entire refueling process.
During this process, the dispenser's control system plays a crucial role. It automatically manages the refueling process and communicates in real-time with the hydrogen station's control system and hydrogen communication interface, ensuring the safety and efficiency of the refueling process.
