1. The LNG skid-mounted station adopts an overall design and integrates a 60-square-meter LNG storage tank, a stainless steel retention tank, a double-pump pipeline, a combined vaporizer, and two LNG filling machines. After the equipment is installed in place, you only need to lay the PLC control system cables before debugging and using it.

The storage tank adopts a siphon tank with a low liquid outlet at the bottom to ensure that when the liquid level in the storage tank is low, LNG can smoothly enter the pump pool to meet the normal operation of the pump and the utilization rate of the liquid in the storage tank is as high as more than 90%.

Precautions

1. LNG Skid-mounted Station must be located in a safe area. The fire safety distance between the station and external roads, buildings, power lines, etc., should comply with regulatory requirements.

2. Firefighting equipment within the skid-mounted station should meet the requirements of the local management authorities. Specific devices must be purchased by the user.

3. During installation, care should be taken to avoid damaging the anti-corrosion coating of the equipment.

4. Electrical wiring and anti-static connections should be securely fastened.

5. After installation, the storage tanks and piping system within the skid-mounted station should undergo an air-tightness test using compressed air or nitrogen. The pressure for the test should correspond to the respective pressure ratings of the storage tank and piping system.

6. Before filling the skid-mounted station with LPG, the system should be purged using nitrogen or a vacuum method to remove any air from the system.

7. Electrical circuits should be thoroughly checked before being energized, and incorrect connections are strictly prohibited.

8. Operators must undergo equipment condition and operational training before starting work. They must be familiar with the entire equipment structure, principles, and operational procedures of the station, as well as the structure, principles, and key operational points of dispensers, pumps, and valves.

9. Operators' attire must comply with anti-static requirements to prevent sparks.

10. All parts of the skid-mounted station should have sunshade covers.

11. The sprinkler system should be connected to a reliable water source to ensure that the storage tanks can be cooled promptly if necessary.
